Please choose carefully. Due to the nature of our furniture and homewares, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been placed or delivered. We encourage you to measure your space and review product specifications thoroughly before purchasing.
Faulty or Damaged Items We take great pride in the quality of our pieces. In the unlikely event that your item arrives with a manufacturing fault or was damaged during production, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
How to Lodge a Claim:

Inspect on Arrival: Please inspect your furniture immediately upon delivery.

Exclusions This policy does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions.
